Meet Paul Ellis
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Paul Ellis is the founder and president of Crown Crane and Rigging, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry and a proven record of operational excellence, technical expertise, and strategic growth leadership.
Paul began his career in 2004 with International Erosion Control Systems before transitioning into crane operations. He advanced quickly in the field, joining Maxim Crane Works in 2009 and earning his NCCCO certification the following year.
In 2011, Paul joined Southwest Industrial Rigging, where he became the lead operator on large-scale, complex projects across the region. In 2019, he was selected to lead the company’s Tucson division, driving significant operational improvement and revenue expansion over the next four years.
Paul later joined Crane Rental Services as branch manager, where he continued to deliver strong growth and high-performance team leadership, strengthening market presence and operational capability.
With a commitment to safety, precision, and results, Paul brings a solutions-driven approach to every project — building trusted partnerships and empowering teams to exceed expectations.
